The projected galaxy 2PCFs and the corresponding covariance matrices for BOSS DR10 luminosity and color selected samples using 200 jackknife subsamples: (wp_* for measurements and wpcov_* for covariance matrices) 
The columns for wp_* are: 
#1. rp or s, 12 logarithmic bins in units of Mpc/h, starting from 0.1 Mpc/h, with a bin size of \Delta\log(rp)=0.2 
#2. wp(rp), integrated along the line of sight to 100Mpc/h 
#3. Error on wp(rp)

The covariance matrix for the measurements of wp in each wpcov_* file can be read as a two-dimentional array of 18 rows X 18 columns, i.e. cov(18,18).
